A trained journalist who began her career at The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia City Paper, Fern is a content expert and strategist with nearly two decades of experience helping corporations and non-profit organizations write their stories. Fern leads Little Warrior’s content and strategy projects, specializing in helping organizations seamlessly integrate their marketing and communications to build their brands and ensure that their work is seen and celebrated. Additionally, Fern serves as volunteer Chair of the Board of Directors of the University City Arts League, where she leads an 18-member board to help realize the strategic goals of this community arts organization.
A designer, creative director and brand strategist who has worked in the creative sector for two decades, developing, growing and championing brands from both sides of the desk, Will brings a keen eye for smart design and efficient user experience to Little Warrior’s design and branding projects. Will has helped develop campaigns for international artists, award-winning restauranteurs, and global brands such as Planet Fitness, William Grant & Sons, and the National Basketball Association.
As an Emmy-nominated producer of television, film and brand content, Brian brings his extensive experience creating and overseeing a wide array of projects for top television networks, studios and corporations to guiding Little Warrior’s production projects. Brian’s notable broadcast work includes popular entertainment like Bravo’s Real Housewives of Potomac and TLC’s baking competition series The Next Great Baker; science-focused programming like Nat Geo's Going Deep with David Rees and HBO’s Three Sisters: Searching for a Cure; and informative and thought-provoking documentaries like the Sundance Channel series Iconoclasts and the Emmy nominated PBS film As Goes Janesville. Brian got his start working on M. Night Shyamalan’s feature film, Unbreakable.
